Chaga Mushrooms are wild harvested in Alaska. From the boreal forest, Chaga is a fungus that grows only on birch trees. 100% pure, natural dried raw Chaga chunks (Inonotus obliquus). Chaga mushrooms are rich in antioxidants, beta-glucans, and other beneficial compounds that can boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, and promote overall health and wellness. How to make Chaga tea? Choose around 4 to 5 separate pieces of Chaga and place them into a pot containing 4 cups (1 liter) of water. Gradually heat the pot until it reaches a gentle simmer, and let the tea simmer for at least 15 minutes. For larger quantities of tea, allow the pot to simmer for a longer duration, approximately 2 to 3 hours. Remove the Chaga chunks from the tea by straining it, and serve the hot tea promptly.
Reishi Mushroom Consumption Guide
- Remove impurities from the reishi mushroom.
- Boil water and let it cool to around 70°C to 80°C.
- After 4-5 hours, blend the softened reishi mushroom into small granules of about 2mm using a blender, grinder, or knife, cutting it into fine slices.
- Pour 1,000cc of water into 50g of reishi mushroom powder. The additional water should be boiled and then cooled to below 80°C.
- Patients should consume only the first extraction of reishi mushroom extract, while the re-extracted reishi mushroom is good for consumption along with family members 2-3 times.
Main Components of Reishi Mushroom The main components include holomadogen, phenol group, lipenol, oxyphenolcarboxylic acid, ganoderic acid (60%), 6-8 polydose, triterpenic acid, lignin, calcium, magnesium, iron, as well as proteins, fats, ash, vegetable oil, starch, ergosterol or vitamins, minerals, flavonoids, triterpenoids, alkaloids, britain, agarin, inositol, among others. Particularly notable among the tissue components are SOD (antioxidant enzyme), glucan (antioxidant substance), and saponin. Glucan (D-glucan) is noteworthy for its higher content compared to other mushrooms. Other components include oxidized aluminum, silicon, calcium, oxidant 2, manganese, zinc, sodium, and others.
